Hingham - Thursday, July 5th

Post by norm »

Is anybody planning to paddle in Hingham this Thursday? High tide is around 5:30pm.

Looks like it will be a nice evening but might be a little breezy again. At least there are no thunderstorms in Thursday's forecast right now...

I'll try to be there by 4:30, but might be more like 5:00.

We meet in the Hingham Town Boat Ramp parking lot which is at: 3 Otis St, Hingham, MA 02043

There is a nice sandy beach beside the ramp that we launch from.

It is best to park clear of the boat ramp traffic area. There is usually plenty of parking near the beach, but who knows how crowded it will be with such a nice day. There is a separate parking lot for a swimmers beach, but many people do use the boat ramp lot for sunbathing and some swimming.
