No. It has not been open for some time - only for ferry parking. There were a few spaces at the very end for short-term parking, but everything past the Nantasket Beaches is posted for residents only now.

There is some 'secret parking' behind the high school. When I was there back in May I parked there for an overnight. No signs saying I couldn't and I wasn't bothered. That was some time ago however.

Don't do it. I called the Hull police department a few weeks ago to clarify the situation. They said NO non-resident parking, you WILL be ticketed an HOURLY fee. I asked if there was a time limit for this restriction - did they intend to lift it at some particular time. They said, yes, when the pandemic is over. So I advise you to count Hull out (at least beyond Nantasket - I didn't ask about the beach parking) as a place to park.
