One of my favorite yearly trips is to Circumnavigate Prudence Island in RI.

Winds are forecast to be uncharacteristically light and out of the North, so a clockwise trip might give us a fun trip back to the put in.
We already have a few folks interested and planning to attend (all are strong paddlers so this will be assertive pace)
15' min boat, all your safety skills proficiently under your belt (or tow line

We're not being snobbish, but it is hard to get good days and people's free time to align on a giving outing, having a well matched group is pretty key to an enjoyable day for all.
