Let's get skills started!!

Post by Joy »

Hello everyone!
I know the tide is right for Hingham on Thursday the 17th but I'm going to mix things up. I figured everyone has been out kayaking so I am going to post a skills night instead. So who is up for skills on Thursday the 17th at Long Pond in Plymouth. I'll be there by 4:30. We will be getting the rust out of our rolls and rescues.
Hope You All Can Make it.
If you are wondering!
Skills will probably run from 4:30 till Sun Down
Boat ramp off Clack road, Plymouth
Dont forget PPPP (post paddle parking lot picnic)

We will be mixing things up this year hoping to get everyone involved. We have four spots for Thursday nights. Hingham boat ramp, Stephen's field in Plymouth, Camp Kiwanee in Hanson and Long Pond in Plymouth So Please keep and Eye on this site to know where We will be on Thursdays

Thank you Joy for mobilizing the flock. I’ll be there, and intend to get in the water…and intend to try and get back in the kayak.

It's awesome that things will be in different locations! I'll try to get there tomorrow.

Great weather and great turn out of 8 boats for the first skill season of the 2021 season. I think almost every one rolled or did wet exits and assisted entrée or self rescues. Fun Fun!
